Q.
Corporate reports

Where can I locate historic company reports?

A.

Baker Library Special Collections and Archives holds an extensive collection of corporate annual reports. The Corporate Reports collection is not searchable through our standard catalogs. Researchers can consult the database Annual Reports at Academic Business Libraries for an overview of the annual reports holdings of Baker and 8 leading academic business libraries. Members of the Harvard community with a HarvardKey can also use ProQuest Historical Annual Reports to search for PDF copies of company annual reports from 1844 to the present. The Annual Reports and ProQuest databases are not a comprehensive listing of all our holdings. Researchers can ask Baker Special and Archives Collections Reference Staff to conduct a search for specific company names in our in-house database.

Researchers can request reference scans from the Corporate Reports collection. All requests are considered on a case by cases basis. There is a copy limit of 500 pages per fiscal year (July-June).

Please refer to the Detailed Chart of Baker Library Corporate Reports for a listing of corporate reports available at Baker Library by type of filing and format. Please note that some material is only available to the Harvard community or may require payment of a fee for access by non-Harvard users.

Please Ask Us! or reach out to the Baker Special Collections and Archives Reference Staff directly at specialcollectionsref@hbs.edu if you have questions about locating, accessing, or obtaining copies of material in the Corporate Reports collection or any additional questions about our collections or services.
